Seven problems, and what I decided to do about them.
Three of these products are mine, designed and shipped at Salsedine. Four I was brought into, in insurance, telecom, virtual events and public administration. Each one names the problem, the call I made, and what changed afterwards.
Salsedine, my own studio
Products I own end to end, from the first question to the shipped screen.
Routina
A personal health system with no scores and nothing red. The daily ask is four things, and the interface reduces itself as it learns what you actually care about.
Read the case study →ParrotB
An operations platform for trades who cannot answer the phone, including the conversation architecture for the AI receptionist that does it for them.
Read the case study →Saveri
Paper receipts into structured line items. Every line carries a confidence score, and only the ones the model is genuinely unsure about are ever sent back to you.

Enterprise and public sector work, with the numbers it moved.
Map View Global
Forty risk datasets an analyst could see but could not read. The rebuild organised the map around what an analyst has to decide rather than around what the data contains, surfacing the inference instead of the raw layer.
Digital Services Portal
A dashboard for Ericsson customers to monitor and manage their services. The change that mattered was not a screen: usability testing moved inside the sprint, run on the previous sprint's designs, so findings arrived while they could still change something.
Virtual events platform
A white label platform built to recreate the informal side of in person networking. Full UI across desktop and mobile web, a Figma component library, and a design system organisers could put their own brand on without it falling apart.
Public administration
Service portals used by Italian regional government, including Regione Veneto and Regione Lombardia. Designed for the weakest user in the room as well as the strongest, which is where the accessibility work stops being a checklist and starts being the brief.
Also on the record
Work that shaped the practice without becoming a case study.
AI conversation designer
Sole designer on a customer facing AI agent, owning it from problem definition through to production. Also redesigned the invoice and Auto Pay flows, and rebuilt the Help Center information architecture.
Research and prototypes
Personas, user flows, wireframes and prototypes across e-commerce, intranet and dashboards for consumer brands. A 20% conversion lift on one platform redesign.
Where the craft started
Around forty product pages a day in a proprietary CMS, plus maintaining the static site in HTML and CSS. Not glamorous, and the reason I can still read a build and tell you what is wrong with it.
Something of yours is not working.
The most useful first message is a sentence about the problem and a sentence about the constraint. I read everything and reply within two working days.
